Song 19 : In the distant city

Tooi Kono Machi De was a song sung by Kaitani Naomi and it was the OST of the first Cardcaptor Sakura movie. When i first heard the song, a strange nostalgic feeling engulfed me, as if I could feel the past flowing back into me. Since then it has always been my favourite song that accompanied me no matter where I go. Ironically, I didn't know the meaning of the song when I was drawn by it. After searching for the english lyrics, I realise that sometimes we may like a song although it is in a different language and we don't understand it, because we sub-consciously understand the meaning of songs. Therefore, music definitely is a universal language.
