Song 8 : Solitude

The trip to melaka has reached the end. Peace at last. But the queer thing is that, i somehow miss those boisterous brats already. When I am alone in my room, a peculiar feeling fills me, like there is something missing. Somehow, i kept complaining when my cousins are screeching my head off, but now, i seem to complain, my cousins not screeching my head off.
SIGH

Typical human nature. We never learn to appreciate things until we lose them. Maybe i should actually join the fun when they are playing next time. After all, how long do i have with them anymore? i mean, in a few years, they will either grow up or stay away from me because i am grown up.

I guess i should do so. I mean, what harm can it do? Besides, it does brings back those sweet nostalgic days that i used to be in their shoes.

anyway
We had another PEKA today. This time, we were extremely careful not to make any mistake during the experiment (we don't want our marks deducted again - once was more than enough XD)
Luckily, nothing went wrong.

anyhow,
Moral sucks
i am having a tough time memorising these annoying nilais. So, Kuna told us this savvy idea to record them. That's what i did, or rather am doing(haha)
My exams are starting tomorrow, so I guess, the next chapter will be delayed.

Song : Just Yesterday

The sore throat and flu that has attacked me simultaneously has left me with a lot phlegm. I could hear myself coughing every night, sounding like an old witch.

So, I got myself some of those red hacks to relieve my coughing.

And then, I remembered, Grandpa, used to really like these red hacks. He eats at least a few per day.

haha

I also, remember stealing some from him, and since i was just a kid, I can't really stand the fiery sensation on my tongue. Hence, I will always end up spitting them before I manage consume them completely.

Now, I can no longer steal from him anymore.

*SIGH*

It has been exactly one year since he passed away, and it seems like it was just yesterday that he brought us (me and my cousins) to his favourite shop (he and his friends hang out there everyday) and chided us gently for paying for the stuff we bought, instead of letting him do the honour.

Sigh.

Life is so volatile. In just a blink of an eye, someone could just disappear before you.

Time definitely has passed so fast.

The dead appears to be forgotten amidst every ones' hearty laugh. But, deep down in our hearts, we still mourn for the person absent in our lives.

Everything seems so same, like it was before.

But when we realise the fact that, the old man will never come back from the farm before sunset again, a bitter yet heavy feeling fills us.

Then it occurs to us, that no matter how same things would appear to be, some things will never be the same again.

Song 6 : Peter Pan

Now, i really am pissed off. Children are circling around me, screaming their heads off!!!!!!! Goodness, they should really learn to get their mouth shut sometimes!!! They owe to!

Ok i guess i went overboard

*SIGH*

anyhow, I can't really blame them, right? After all, they really are just children.

Gosh, they can really be so annoying at times

But, come to think about it, it really must be fun being them again right?

They seem so vibrant and bursting with life. Even the most minute thing in the world is enough to amuse them and capture their attention for hours. In their eyes, life is hardly as complicated as ours. To them, every day's like an open door, greeting them with a harmonious symphony. Maybe it is fun being a child. Just that when we grow up, we forget the fun we used to have and reckon it annoying.
Somtimes, I do wish i was a child again.
haha
Maybe I was just too harsh on them. After all, they really are not that bad, considering the fact that we used to be like them.
Oh, EXCLUDING the one with so-called-kwashiorkor! Why do i hate him that much? His high-pitch and girly voice? His insolence and his persistence? His annoying spoilt brat attitude, always turning to his parents for help and vain attention?
Or were we great foes in the past? I seem to be able to tolerate others this trip but not him! why? If only i knew. if only, if only.

Come to think about it, children are just having their own idea of fun. I mean, who are we to stop them if what they are doing does not suit us? As long as it's not an unpardonable decorum, I guess, it's only the right thing to let them be.

hoho

hope i would be able to find the remedy for my hatred to the one lacking protein the next trip!!!!!
LOL

Song 5 : Thicker than water

It was quite fun in school yesterday. Dinesh started using foul language during recess. So, to counter them, i decided to use a different appoach. I commented how disgusting his roti canai looks. I said it looked like shit from the septic tank, and worms were about to pop out from them anytime. And i also opened my mouth wide to show him the half chewed burger in my mouth. The results were definitely effective! hahahah

And, for our oral English, we decided to use 'if we were americans' as our title. well, it's about who we would vote for the Democrats, either hillary or obama. So, jason, william and soon cheon came to my house for a little discussion.

However, we ended up watching silly videos in youtube most of the time. hahahaha. we managed to watch a few potter puppet pals, some mad Tv video and foo mun's big bang video. Foo mun is a genius! hahahah.

Anyway, in the end, jason and william decided to vote for obama wheras, soon cheon and i decided to go with hillary. Actually all of us wanted obama. But all of us cant be expounding before the class that we only want
obama can we? If we do that, what would happen to poor hillary? LOL. So, we came to this decision.

Then, i started playing with their phones. William's phone is great! better than the old cybershot. I mean it takes the picture faster and clearer. Imagine if you can take a picture of a moving fan to appear not moving!!!!!! William calls it the stroboscope handphone cam. haha

After the meeting ended, my family and i pushed off to melaka for granpa's 1st death anniversary. Too bad i have to miss Miss Louisa's tuition. She's a great teacher!

But when it comes to this, blood is still thicker than water. So, family first.

The Journey there was long and boring. But it's kind of fun meeting my cousins once i reached there.

Song 4 : Life goes on...

Weird things are happening today. Foo Mun decided to do some storytelling to me, tian, lavin and ernie today. And they were Very weird stories. Haha. We had a good time laughing, listening to them.

Rehat was a total disaster today. All hell has broken loose. The prefects really had a hard time controlling students. They refused to return to their classes no matter what we do, until Ashley arrived. WTF? Just because Ashley was there, they freaking peed in their pants, and blasted their asses off! Typical SGI students la.

oh, about the experiment, my group's marks were deducted, because we used the dropper for sulphuric acid for the beaker containing sodium thiosulphate solution. The result of one little flaw was dreadful. The whole solution went wrong, as it reacted with the acid to form sulphur.
Apparently, puan Hin was not quite impressed with our carelessness. So she deducted marks from our scientific method.
Then, Foo began sulking and he finally learnt to appreciate Suriati more. Too late man! hahaha
but i was a bit disappointed as well. I mean, how could i be that careless?!
*SIGH*
Anyway, anyhow, life goes on.

Song 3 : A tinge of fun in boredom

School was a total waste of time today. Teachers aren't entering classes. So, we the students have no choice but to kill time by chatting.

Though I must admit, it was quite fun today. Stupid fun to be precise. XD

I also learnt something scary today. Soon Cheon actually eats 6 eggs and 2 potatoes per day! And the worst part is that he never eats the yolk! What a waste! Talk about children scrounging for food in Africa! hahaha
Found out when I saw him eating in class.(is he supposed to do that in the first place?!)
And I don't know why, later that morning, he suddenly got this silly idea that I intend to join this rat race along with chin and seik san on a quest to "kow" Sophia.
And for some weird reason, Jason started calling me "silent assasin"! Why? Not the slightest idea!

The best thing that happened today, was watching the movie 'Julia'. But don't get me wrong, it sucks! sucks like rotten eggs from hell!
Boring and draggy...
But, we made it interesting by changing the story line while watching, like adding stupid lines for the characters. We even changed Syarikat BMPRO to BMPORN!
it was really funny!
we reka other ceritas as well!
but i can't say it here because they are far too obscene and far-fetched.
haha
Hope tomorrow will be a better day!
Puan Hin, our chemistry teacher said that we are going to conduct an experiment, investigating the effect of concentration of reactants on the rate of reaction
I just can't wait!

Song 2 : yet another aggravating day

I remember my first day of school this year, so full of excitement, enthusiasm and high hopes. i remember myself looking forward to every single day in school at the beginning of the year, so optimistically.

Yet, as time moves on, these feelings began to fade. Now, I dread every single weekday. Waking up early in the morning, having breakfast, racing against time to reach school, being nagged by teachers, doing homework, and the sad thing is that it all seemed so planned. Like a boring routine, doing it again and again.

anyway, today was definitely tiring (like any other Mondays)

Monday is my most hectic day of the week. Gosh. Imagine having to leave house at 7 in the morning and only come back at 9.45 at night! Sigh

tuitions, tuitions and tuitions.... How annoying! But hey, I can't really complain because i actually know of people from Kuala Kangsar that come all the way to Taiping right after school just to attend tuition classes here. And the scary part is that they only reach their homes at 12 midnight!!!!(if they are lucky, if not, maybe 1) I really wonder how on earth do they manage their time?!
Admirable... (a round of applause to my pals from Kuala kangsar) XD

oh, i had a haircut today as well. Didn't really liked the new style, But, nah, who's complaining? After all I have to cut it sooner or later, especially when i am a prefect.

But that is not the point. The real reason I actually really got it cut is because Ashley and Vikinesh reprimanded me for my overflowing mane (OK, it's not that bad, but it does sound more dramatic XD) after receiving reports from students.

Imagine! Students reporting a prefect! how humiliating! But, what can I say? I was the one playing with fire. I don't really blame them actually. I mean if you see a police catching thieves but the police himself is also stealing, what would you do?

but i still find it pretty embarrassing
*SIGH*
But at least, there was a lesson to be learned today : MAKE SURE THAT YOUR HAIR IS ALWAYS SHORT!

Song 1: I have a blog!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha
it's really hard to believe that i really got myself a blog! (never intended to have one actually). I was initially downloading some shitty stuff from the net. But, since it took me so long, i started searching silly things in google like "lala mui" and "sungei wang lalas". The search resulted with a lot of blog posts denouncing their poor sense of fashion. I reckoned that it was really enjoyable, reading other peoples' opinion and thoughts. And so, at that point, I had a brainwave - to have a blog! And that's how i landed myself here!

This marks a new chapter in my book of life! But, hey, since this blog is now my book of life, i guess this post will only mark the first chapter in my book of life!!! haha

Happy reading my blog and definitely a happy blogging to me!!
